About Northpark Townhomes
Our Project
North Park Townhomes is a proposed environmentally-responsible residential development we hope to bring to Denham Springs in 2024. Solar powered, built on a small portion of the available in-fill land and surrounding a lake with virtually no flooding risk, Northpark Townhomes will be a development that homeowners and neighbors alike will be proud of.
Our Site- Single Family vs Townhomes
North Park Townhomes owns 14.3 wooded acres (labeled Filing 6 with the Parish and not part of LONP ). We commissioned a feasibility study and conferred with realtors and area residents to see what kind of development would be most desirable and appropriate for the site:
attached single family homes/townhomes, single family homes, or a 3 story apartment complex. Although the apartment complex is the most profitable, we felt it would also generate the most opposition so we eliminated that option. Ultimately we concluded the attached single family development would be best for the surrounding community.

One of the main highlights of this development is the site's 10,000sq ft Clubhouse. Available to residents of Lakes of North Park as well as those of North Park Townhomes, the Clubhouse will include indoor pickleball courts, ping pong & pool tables, aerobics, party & card room, kitchen, TV area and more!
